Effective and last updated: 2026-09-01. Crested Gecko Breeder is a globally available, turn-based breeding and collection web game intended for users aged 16 or older. The Terms cover email, Google, Apple and Guest access, game rules, virtual currency and items, the player Market, support content, prohibited conduct, updates, availability, and account deletion.
Free play and fair use
The current service has no direct real-money checkout or advertising revenue. Coins, Diamonds, items, employees, and geckos are virtual gameplay elements with no cash value or redemption right. Before future paid offerings or revenue-generating ads launch, price, recurring billing, cancellation, refund, minor protection, privacy choices, and mandatory local rights will be disclosed. Accounts and virtual elements may not be traded for cash. Forged requests, automation, authentication bypass, defect exploitation, and interference with other players are prohibited.
Mandatory local rights
These Terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer, privacy, digital-service, jurisdiction, or other mandatory rights where a user lives. The game does not replace real animal husbandry or veterinary advice.
